Cameroon | Distinction: Alucam receives ASI certification.

After validating the audit results on the ASI (Aluminium Stewardship Initiative) performance standard conducted by the German firm, the competent authority of the organization issued certificate number 388 to the Alucam-Cameroon aluminum plant.

For the employees of this industrial company, which operates in the production and processing of aluminum, this distinction « demonstrates to their customers, employees, and stakeholders that the audited facilities respect ESG criteria» , as highlighted by Thomas Manga, Plant Director.

The Good Time

The National Institute of Statistics published a report on external trade between Cameroon and France on August 19, stating that « sales correspond to 20.8 billion FCFA in revenue»

This distinction comes at the right time for the company, as it boasts excellent figures in its statistics and has a good reputation nationally and internationally.

In 2023, it exported « 15,879 tons» of raw aluminum.
